This is not a bar band, not a metal band, not a country band, not a dance band. We are a band you listen to while you enjoy good food, drink, and company. We're perfect for restaurants, festivals, wineries, neighborhood parties, private parties, receptions, meet-and-greets, and reunions. We play (amplified) acoustic guitars, but lots of folks do that. Our 'difference maker' is our pleasant and sometimes intricate two-part and occasionally three- and four-part harmonies. Lennon, Simon, McCartney, Everly Bros etc.

Congratulations to the winner (actually, winners) of the first “TMC Artist of the Year Award” – The Tim & Bob Show, consisting of Kathy and Steve Feinstein and Mary Lou and Don Hymel, who sing fabulous harmony, as anyone at TMC’s Holiday Party last year at The Venue can attest.

The winners of this first-time award from the Texas Music Coalition were voted on by TMC members, with the announcement being made at TMC’s 10th Anniversary Fundraiser on Oct. 25 at Sam’s Burger Joint.

Over the last 75 years, The Tim and Bob Show has appeared at coronations, executions, criminal investigations, and root canals at a variety of venues all over the world. The Tim and Bob Show’s guitar style is best described as indescribable, while their vocal harmony can most accurately be explained as inexplicable.

Tim and Bob’s music has medicinal value, is part of a healthy diet, helps listeners balance their checkbooks, and promotes a more complete understanding of Robert Altman movies.
